We are excited for 2025! This is going to be an amazing year for hackers and adversarial attack simulation researchers. We are thrilled to be hosting Adversary Village at the following cons and look forward to seeing you all there!
Adversary Village is a community initiative which purely focuses on adversary tactics, adversary simulation/emulation, threat/APT/Ransomware emulation, breach and attack simulation, supply chain security, adversary life, adversary mindset, philosophy, urban survival skills and purple teaming.
DEF CON is more than just a conference, It is an ecosystem of specialized communities and villages, including the Adversary Village! Villages are dedicated, independently organized spaces focused on specific topics, functioning like mini-conferences within DEF CON Hacker Convention. Each village hosts its own talks, hands-on activities, and interactive experiences, such as CTF competitions and technical workshops for attendees to interact with the specific area of their focus.
